Job Description: Executive Director is responsible for setting strategy and direction to attain the church’s strategic ministry objectives effectively and efficiently. This role supports and supervises the directors in order to execute the vision set forth by the Lead Pastor, EMT and Board of Deacons. This requires a firm understanding of, and agreement with, the church’s mission and vision statements, core values, team values, and virtues. As the leader of The Collective staff, the Executive Director is required to demonstrate high leadership capabilities as well as being a great team player.
Job Description: Connect Group Manager is responsible for leading the Connect Group (CG) ministry at The Collective Jakarta. This role supports and supervises the CG Leaders and Geographical Coaches in order to build towards and maintain the CG ministry standards set forth by the Grow Director. This requires a firm understanding of CG ministry in TC and its role in achieving the church’s vision. As the leader of CG volunteers, the Connect Group Manager is required to demonstrate high leadership capabilities as well as being a great team player.
Job Description: Church Experience is about creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone from the street to the seat. As the Church Experience Director you will oversee the different teams that makeup this ministry such as Decor, Hospitality, and the Connect Team (ushers, greeters, and parking attendants).
